Refund Policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026

You have 14 days to change your mind. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you keep the report you already downloaded.

The 14-day guarantee

  • Any reason counts. Not useful, not what you expected, changed your mind — all fine.
  • No forms, no conditions. One email is enough.
  • Full amount. The base report and any upgrade modules you bought.
  • Keep the report. We do not delete or lock a report you have already been given.

Things we fix without you even asking

These are in addition to the 14-day guarantee, not limits on it:

  • Generation failure: if your report fails and our automatic retry does not resolve it, we re-run it manually. If we still cannot deliver within 48 hours of purchase, we refund you automatically — no action needed, and you will get an email when it is issued.
  • Payment we cannot match to an order: rarely, a payment reaches us that our system cannot tie to the order it was meant for — a duplicate charge, or a checkout that had already been closed on our side. Those are held for a person rather than refunded automatically: we are alerted as soon as one happens, and we either deliver the report or refund you in full.
  • Defective file: if a file is corrupted or unreadable, we regenerate it in your chosen format at no charge.
  • Wrong website analyzed: if we analyzed a different site than the URL you submitted, we re-run the correct one free of charge.
  • Duplicate charge: refunded in full, just let us know.
  • Mistyped your own URL? Tell us. If the report has not generated yet we can usually fix it; if it has, we will sort it out fairly.

How to request a refund

Email support@seorankreport.com from the address on your account, with your order reference. We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If your report simply failed to generate, you do not need to email at all — the automatic refund above covers it. The exception is a payment we could not match to an order: that one waits on a person, so if 48 hours have passed and you have neither a report nor a refund, email us and we will settle it. You can also use the self-service tools in your dashboard: a free retry on any failed report, or the format switcher to re-render into a different file type.

Chargebacks

Before you dispute a charge, check the name on it. Our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, processes the payment, so your statement shows a Paddle descriptor rather than "SEO Rank Report". An unfamiliar name on a statement is the most common reason people dispute a charge they actually authorised.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve legitimate problems quickly and fairly, and unwarranted chargebacks add cost for everyone. Accounts that file chargebacks on delivered, non-defective reports may be suspended.
