Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website seorankreport.com and the products and services offered on it (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by KJR Novelty & Concessions LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as SEO Rank Report ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a report, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is

SEO Rank Report produces automated website audit reports. Each report analyzes a website you specify using publicly accessible information (such as the site's HTML, robots.txt, sitemap, and public performance data) combined with automated rule-based checks and AI-assisted analysis. Reports include scores, findings, and recommendations, and are delivered as downloadable files in the format you select.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including the intake questionnaire) and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may sign in with a third-party identity provider (such as Google). Your use of that provider is governed by its own terms.
  • You represent that you own, operate, or are authorized to request analysis of any website URL you submit.

3. Purchases, Pricing, and Delivery

  • Reports are sold as one-time purchases: a base report plus optional paid upgrade modules, at the prices displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
  • Who you are buying from. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns relating to the transaction itself. When you buy a report, your purchase contract for that transaction is with Paddle, while the report itself is produced and delivered by us under these Terms.
  • What appears on your statement. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, your card or bank statement will show a Paddle descriptor rather than "SEO Rank Report". This is expected — please check for it before assuming a charge is unrecognised, and contact us or Paddle rather than disputing it.
  • Taxes. Paddle calculates, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT on your purchase. Prices shown may therefore have tax added at checkout depending on your location.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Report generation begins automatically after payment and typically completes within minutes. Delivery is by download from your account dashboard.
  • Download window: completed reports remain available in your account for 6 months (180 days) after generation, after which the files are permanently deleted. Please download and save your report promptly.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no reason required, and you keep the report. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method; you can raise a refund request with either us or Paddle.

5. No Guarantee of Results — Important Disclaimer

  • Reports are informational and advisory only. They are generated by automated analysis (including artificial intelligence) of publicly available data at a single point in time.
  • We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, AI-assistant citations, or any other outcome from following report recommendations.
  • Automated analysis has inherent limitations. Findings may be incomplete or inaccurate — for example, content injected by JavaScript may not be visible to our crawler, and third-party data sources (such as page-speed APIs) may be temporarily unavailable. Scores are our own proprietary estimates, not an official measure from Google or any other company.
  • Estimated work hours are good-faith estimates for planning purposes only, not quotes.
  • Nothing in a report is legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit websites you are not authorized to analyze, or use the Service to harass, harm, or gather intelligence on others unlawfully;
  • Attempt to probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Resell, scrape, or systematically extract the Service itself (you may, of course, share and use your own purchased reports freely, including with your web developer or agency);
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law;
  • Repeatedly purchase and refund reports as a way of obtaining the Service without paying for it. The 14-day guarantee is offered in good faith to real customers; a pattern of buying and refunding is not a use of that guarantee, and we may decline further orders from an account doing it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Your Content and Our IP

  • You retain all rights to the information you submit. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service (including sending relevant content to our processing partners as described in the Privacy Policy).
  • Purchased reports are yours to use for your business, including sharing them with contractors and colleagues.
  • The Service itself — including its software, design, scoring methodology, and report templates — is owned by KJR Novelty & Concessions LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KJR Novelty & Concessions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party (including submitting a website you were not authorized to analyze).

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court instead.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be indicated on this page; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
